Our Review Process
Customer Submits a Review
Any American who has used a USA online pharmacy can submit a review. We collect ratings (1–5 stars), a written review, and basic verification details including email address.
Review Verification
Each review goes through our verification process. We check for duplicate submissions, spam patterns, and verify the reviewer's email. Verified reviews are marked with a green badge.
Rating Calculation
Star ratings are averaged across all verified reviews for each pharmacy. We weight recent reviews more heavily than older ones to ensure scores reflect current service quality.
Trust Score Assignment
Our Trust Score (0–100) factors in: star rating average, NABP accreditation status, licensing verification, review volume, review recency, and any known regulatory actions.
Ongoing Monitoring
We continuously monitor pharmacy listings for licensing changes, regulatory warnings from the FDA or DEA, and review pattern anomalies. Listings are updated when significant changes occur.
How Trust Scores Are Calculated
Our Trust Score (0–100) is a composite score based on five weighted factors. A score of 90+ indicates an excellent, highly trusted pharmacy.
NABP (National Association of Boards of Pharmacy) accreditation is the gold standard for legitimate USA online pharmacies.
Weighted average of all verified customer star ratings, with recent reviews carrying more weight.
More reviews generally indicate a more established pharmacy. Low review counts are flagged.
We verify state pharmacy board licensing and federal DEA registration where applicable.
Pharmacies with recent positive reviews score higher than those with only old reviews.
