IngenioRx (an Anthem/Elevance subsidiary) provides pharmacy benefit management and mail-order services. IngenioRx Pharmacy administers pharmacy benefits on behalf of health plans and employer groups, managing formularies, prior authorizations, and network pharmacy access for plan members. Members access medications through IngenioRx Pharmacy's mail-order service for 90-day supplies or at in-network retail pharmacies. The pharmacy benefit management process is designed to optimize drug costs while ensuring plan members have access to clinically appropriate medications covered under their plan.
